Professor Hakan Yalciner is Chair of the Department of Civil Engineering at Erzincan University, where he specializes in structural and earthquake engineering. He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering with a specialization in structural and materials engineering from Eastern Mediterranean University, complemented by visiting doctoral research at McMaster University, as well as MSc and BSc degrees in Civil Engineering with a focus on construction management.
